Waltanna Foods Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 - AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

 We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders via Australia Post from our packing location near Hamilton, Victoria.

Waltanna Foods has Standard (2-5 days) and Express (1-2 days) shipping options.

*The free shipping rates above do not include Plant Science or Wheel Tracks products. Plant Science products shipping rates are calculated via weight. If a Plant Science product is added to cart, the flat rate shipping will not apply. Flat rate shipping only applies to Waltanna Foods retail range.

If you have special delivery instructions you can sign up to a MyPost Account with Australia Post and make changes to your deliveries.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time.

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping through our website.  Do not order through the website if you require international shipping.

If you live outside of Australia and would like to order, please use the contact box on our website and let us know what you are wanting to order and where you are from. We will send you a delivery cost and if you agree, an invoice.
