We are proud to introduce our first mustard to our food range – Waltanna Foods Dijon Mustard.
Waltanna Foods Dijon Mustard is made with 99.9% Australian ingredients – including Certified Organic Australian mustard seeds grown on site here at Waltanna Farms. One of the only mustards available made from mustard seeds grown on Australian soil!
Dijon Mustard may be seen as a slightly gourmet version of a standard yellow mustard but although Dijon Mustard is generally less vibrant in colour it brings a very distinct sharp mustard flavour to the table without overdoing the heat. Even if you are not a huge fan of standard mustard on a sandwich, Waltanna Foods Dijon Mustards flavour delivers. We have not had a disappointed taste tester yet.
