Waltanna Foods Pure Golden Rolled Flaxseed is a gluten free and certified organic product grown and manufactured at Waltanna Farms in South-West Victoria, Australia. Our Pure Golden Rolled Flaxseed is high in protein, high in fibre and has proven health benefits with Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fats essential to life.
Rolled flaxseed is a process unique to Waltanna Foods – manufactured on our custom-built machinery. Rolling the flaxseed allows for the outer shell of the seed to be broken, while maintaining maximum nutritional goodness and flavour of the oil membrane within.
Serving suggestions:
- Add to breakfast cereal, smoothies or on top of yoghurt
