How should I use the products in this Wellness Pack?
The Organic Flaxseed Oil can be drizzled over salads, yoghurt, or blended into smoothies, with a daily dose of one tablespoon covering typical Omega-3 requirements. The Rolled Flaxseed works stirred into cereal, smoothies, protein balls, or casseroles, with two tablespoons a day recommended for fibre intake.
