Hand Made Flax Heat Packs – Comfort, Naturally
There’s nothing quite like the simple comfort of a warm heat pack on a chilly evening or when your muscles need a little TLC. At Waltanna Farms, we’ve taken this age-old remedy and made it truly special — using flax grown right here on our farm.
Made with Love, from Our Farm to You
Each Waltanna Farms Heat Pack is hand sewn with care from 100% cotton fabric and filled with our homegrown Waltanna flax. They’re 100% natural, free from synthetic fillers, and fully recyclable — so they’re as kind to the planet as they are to you.
A Remedy with Ancient Roots
Thermotherapy — the use of heat to ease discomfort — has been practiced since the days of ancient Egypt and Greece. Today, it’s still one of the simplest, most effective ways to relieve aches, pains, and tension.
When to Use a Heat Pack
Our flax heat packs are perfect for:
- Sore shoulders and tight necks
- Period cramps and lower back pain
- Aching knees or stiff joints
- Sports recovery — hamstrings, quads, or glutes
- Stomach aches
- …and even a little heartache warmth when you need it most
How They Work
Using your heat pack is easy:
- Place it in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- If you’d like it warmer, heat for no more than 15 seconds at a time.
- Avoid overheating pack.
- Give it a gentle shake after heating to evenly distribute the warmth.
- Ensure heat pack has completely cooled down before reheating.
Hold the pack against the sore area and let the heat increase blood flow, boost circulation, and help reduce inflammation.
Long-Lasting Comfort
One of the best things about our flax heat packs is that they can be used again and again — a sustainable, natural comfort you can rely on for years.
So, whether you’re chasing away winter chills, soothing tired muscles, or simply indulging in a little self-care, our handmade flax heat packs are here to help.
