Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Cake
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 10
Ingredients:
- Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- 3 Large Eggs
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- 80g Butter
- 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ C Milk
Icing
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ¼ C Milk
- 2 TBS Butter (Melted)
Method:
- Grease a cake tin and line with baking paper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Beat Eggs, add oil and melted butter
- Add Milk and beat for 1 more minute
- Mix the baking powder into the packet mix
- Add the packet mix to the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined
- Pour into the cake tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
Icing
- Once the cake has cooled completely mix the icing.
- Add melted butter, icing, sugar, cocoa powder and milk and mix until all combined.
- Use a spatula to spread over the cake.
