Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Butter Biscuit Mix is an easy to make, extremely morish snack for the whole family. Developed using ingredients grown at Waltanna Farms. Each bag makes approximately 20-40 biscuits depending on size.
Enjoy them plain, turn them into jam drops, add our Waltanna Ginger Snap Spice to the packet mix to make simple gluten free gingerbread people, or add choc chips or sprinkles for a sweet alternative.

Additional ingredients required:
- 185 g butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- Optional: Sprinkle of corn starch for rolling to help prevent dough sticking to bench
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced (180°C conventional)
- Melt the butter
- Hand mix the butter into the Waltanna Foods Gluten Free dry (add water as required)
- Roll out biscuit mix to approximately a half centimetre thick and cut into your choice of shape. You can use a shot glass/small glass to cut out small round biscuits if you don’t have any cookie cutters. (Tip: lightly flour bench with corn starch to prevent biscuit dough sticking).
- Arrange on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes *baking times may vary depending on appliance. Adjust accordingly. Store in an air tight container.
