Gluten Free Waffles

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Waltanna Foods Chickpea Flour
- ½ cup Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbspn vanilla essence
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbspn olive oil
Method:
- Whisk together liquid
- Add in dry ingredients, continue whisking until blended
- Grease the waffle maker
- Pour in waffle mix and cook until golden brown. Note: If there are setting options on the waffle maker, choose setting 2.5.
- Serve with Waltanna Foods honey breakfast dressing, ice cream or fresh fruit.
