Apple Crumble

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 6 Apples
- 1 cup of Waltanna Farms Gluten Free Pain Flour
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
- ½ Cup (1 stick of butter) softened
- ½ Cup Gluten Free Oats
- ¾ Cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Waltanna Foods Brown Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp all spice
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Core and slice apples (peeling is optional)
- Mix spices into apple
- Mix together flour, oats, sugar and butter by hand and drop onto apple
- Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes
